All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays and with exceptions) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  Exceptions that may result in delays in processing include, but are not limited to, high volume orders, postal service problems out of our control, supply chain shortages, and unexpected events that can delay production and shipping.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local delivery

$5 local delivery is available within a 40 km radius of New Victoria, Nova Scotia, Canada.

Deliveries are made from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday to Sunday. We will contact you via email, text message, or direct message, with the contact information you provided at checkout, to notify you upon package delivery. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at charliebearsbakeshop@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes.  If there are any issues with the delivery process and the P.O. Box can not be delivered to, we will reach out to you through email to determine a remedy to the situation and find alternated delivery options.
